The Villa Malaga (approx. 200m²) is located in the luxury urbanization Pinares de San Antonio in Malaga. It is about 10 minutes to the beach. Mine has a panoramic sea view from almost every room and terrace. The villa is 10 minutes from the center of Malaga and 5 minutes from the 9 hole golf course and 10 minutes from the 18 hole golf course. It takes about 10-15 minutes from the airport. The urbanization is the wealthiest in the city of Malaga.
The property is approximately 1400 m². There are 2 terraces in front of the house, which together amount to approx. 100m². The terrace in front of the living room has lounge furniture, on the bedroom terrace above there is a whirlpool, which is not available to tenants. The main terrace in front of the pool is approx. 200m². From all terraces you can admire the evening sunsets and the sea of ​​lights of Malaga at night or watch the arrival of the cruise ships in the harbor during the day. On clear days you can see as far as Africa. 4-5 cars can be parked on the spacious driveway.
